Director of Observability Architecture

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Observability Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and coach a diverse team of managers and Observability Architects
• Guide the team to be a trusted partner for customers in adopting and scaling the platform
• Drive operational excellence to enhance customer consumption, retention, and expansion

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a post-sales technical organization and 5+ years in the high-tech industry
• Direct technical experience in observability or a closely related field
• Experience mentoring, developing people, and managing performance
• Deep operational expertise in observability, monitoring, and data/visualization products
• Experience in Open Source or Cloud first/Product lifecycle management is a plus
