IBM i Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IBM i (AS400) Infrastructure Specialist to support the IBM i infrastructure for RxClaims.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all IBM i LPARS, Robot scheduler, Tidal scheduler, and Sterling Integrator 24/7/365
• Triage errors and respond to messages, directing issues to the appropriate team
• Perform and monitor all backups on the IBM i platform and manage system health monitoring tasks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of IBM i (AS400) monitoring experience
• Experience performing backups
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
• Ability to work in a flexible shift environment (24 x 7)
• Must reside in the US and have valid work authorization
