About the Role:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious individual to join Hugging Face as our first growth operations hire in order to scale our Hub to new heights. This role is ideal for a business-oriented professional with a passion for technology and a strategic mindset. You'll play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategies, optimizing customer acquisition and retention, and fostering partnerships that enhance our ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to acquire and retain customers, focusing on growth opportunities.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth potential and inform business decisions.
• Manage strategic partnerships and developer relations, fostering collaborations that expand our reach.
• Collaborate with our engineering teams to align operations with growth objectives.
• Optimise our operations to support scalability and efficiency.
• Track and report on growth metrics to measure impact and guide strategic decisions.

About You:

Graduated from a business or engineering school, you have a proven track record in growth, business operations, or a related field in a fast-growing/start-up like company.

You'll especially enjoy working here if you have:

• A strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in formulating business strategies to drive growth.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools to extract and analyze data.
• Knowledge of APIs and integrations to enhance workflow automation.
• Prior experience in a high-growth AI/ML-driven company.
