Senior Software Engineer, Frontend, Messaging Insights

We are looking to add a Senior Software Engineer to our Messaging Insights frontend team. This team sits within our Marketing Hub and is HubSpot’s flagship product, which gives marketers the tools they need to help them reach their audience at the right time and place.
On our Messaging Insights Frontend team, you will delve into the exciting world of marketing analytics. Our mission is to provide proactive insights and reporting that enable our clients to spot trends, assess the performance of their emails, and monitor the overall health of their campaigns. By applying AI technologies, we strive to extract insights faster and predict future patterns, bringing vital information to our customers ahead of time.
Who You Are:
- Possesses frontend development experience, with a focus on JavaScript, Typescript, and React, while prioritizing strong programming fundamentals over specific technology expertise.
- Displays a strong focus on the user, with empathy for their challenges and an understanding of their journey through our product.
- Finds excitement in tackling substantial technical challenges and being deeply integrated with business and go-to-market strategies.
- Has or is interested in developing data analysis skills, with proficiency in Amplitude, Looker, Excel, and other data analysis tools, collaborating effectively with ops and analytics teams.
- Demonstrates interest or experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Exhibits strong leadership and communication skills.
- Shows interest in exploring new and emerging technologies like Generative AI.
This role can be based in in-office (Dublin or London), hybrid or remote from anywhere within the UK & Ireland
