● Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential leads through email, phone, LinkedIn, and
other channels.
● Develop targeted outreach campaigns tailored to ICPs across key verticals and regions.
● Manage and optimize sequencing tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead) to drive
scalable outreach.
● Conduct initial discovery calls to assess BANT-fit and set appointments for Account
Executives.
● Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, lead scoring, and content strategy.
● Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
● Share insights on lead quality, objections, and market trends with leadership and
marketing.
● Assist in onboarding and mentoring new SDRs, sharing best practices and scripts.
● Continuously test and improve outreach cadences, subject lines, and email content.
● Meet and exceed monthly KPIs including qualified meetings, replies, and pipeline value.
● 2–4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or
technology.
● Proven track record of exceeding SDR/BDR targets.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience with outbound sales tools such as sequencing platforms, LinkedIn Sales
Navigator, and CRM systems.
● Understanding of BANT or MEDDIC qualification frameworks.
● Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
