Fullstack (Frontend/Backend) Training Program

We are launching a comprehensive Fullstack Training Program designed for aspiring software developers who are eager to build real-world expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. This program is ideal for fresh graduates or junior developers with a basic foundation in software development and a passion for fullstack web development.

Program Summary:

The Fullstack Training Program is a hands-on, immersive experience where participants will gain in-depth knowledge of both backend (Laravel or Python) and frontend technologies. Under the mentorship of senior engineers, trainees will work on live projects and gradually transition into full-time development roles within the organization.

Key Focus Areas:

• Learn to design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications.
• Gain practical experience with backend frameworks (Laravel or Python).
• Build interactive frontends using modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understand and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into software workflows.
• Get exposure to DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Anyinternship/freelance/academic experience in software development.
• Basic hands-on experience with Laravel or Python and familiarity with frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Eagerness to learn fullstack technologies and best practices.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of how AI tools are influencing modern development.
• Prior involvement in fullstack development projects (university, freelance, internships).
• Basic understanding of DevOps, cloud environments, and software testing.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and Docker.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
