Partnership Specialist

As a Partnership Specialist, you will lead our efforts to develop and manage strategic collaborations with relocation agencies, student recruitment agencies, and other commercial organizations. Your work will directly impact tenant demand and bookings on our platform, making you a key player in our demand strategy. If you have a commercial background and are eager to acquire and manage key partnerships in a tech environment, we would like to hear from you!

 

Your team 

You will be joining the Marketing department, which consists of multiple teams focused on driving growth to the platform through omnichannel marketing and rapid experimentation. The teams are responsible for various domains: Partnerships, Content, Public Relations, SEO, ASO, Performance Marketing, Email Marketing & CRM, and Product Marketing.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Develop Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure new partnerships with organizations capable of driving tenant demand (e.g., relocation and student recruitment agencies).
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners. Schedule regular check-ins to ensure their success and long-term engagement.
  • Pipeline Management: Generate leads, qualify potential partners, and maintain an organized pipeline in HubSpot CRM. Manage partnerships through all stages—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate partnership performance using data-driven metrics. Regularly review KPIs to assess their impact on bookings and revenue, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Product Feedback: Collaborate with internal teams to suggest improvements for seamless partner integration and user experience.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of partnership acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes.
  • Strategy Contribution: Actively contribute to the development and refinement of the overall partnership strategy, sharing innovative ideas and best practices.

 

Your profile 

  • Experience: At least 3+ years of proven experience in acquiring and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficient in working with advanced data reports.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar tools) is essential.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in German, Spanish, or Italian is a significant advantage.
  • Bonus Skills:
    • Sales experience or a background in negotiation and deal closure.
    • Prior experience in a scale-up environment or a technology-driven company.
