Your role at Hostinger

As an SEO Specialist (Off-site), you will contribute to the growth of our organic visibility by executing and improving outreach and link-building initiatives. You’ll be hands-on in outreach while also initiating, optimizing, and automating processes to make them more efficient and scalable. You'll support collaboration with external partners and agencies to ensure alignment with Hostinger’s goals. Your work will directly impact our search performance, domain authority, and brand presence across global markets.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and industry influencers to support link-building and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with and manage external agencies to ensure high-quality outreach initiatives.
• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of SEO outreach campaigns to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously optimize outreach processes for greater efficiency, scalability, and long-term success.
• Align outreach strategies with company-wide OKRs to drive meaningful SEO results.
• Leverage data analysis to guide outreach initiatives and improve search engine visibility.
• Support PR efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify SEO and brand visibility.

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on outreach and link-building.
• Technically savvy and up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and tech trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing external partners.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize independently, and manage time effectively.
• Proactive work ethic with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Collaborative team player with experience working across departments.
