Your role at Hostinger


Here, we don't just hire; we shape the future of our teams by finding and retaining exceptional talent. As a recruiter for the Customer Success Department, you’ll play a critical role in growing CS teams by owning end-to-end recruitment cycles for specialists. Through sourcing, interviewing, partnering with hiring managers and refining our processes, you’ll ensure we attract and hire the best talent to support Hostinger’s ambitious goals.

By bringing fresh ideas, continuously improving our recruitment approach, and collaborating on department-wide OKRs, you’ll expand your impact and play a vital part in driving our success. Your day-to-day
  • Own inbound and outbound recruitment cycles for Customer Success Specialists, helping Hostinger grow by finding and hiring the best.
  • Source potential talents via headhunting, networking referrals and proactive search.
  • Review CVs, assess technical tasks, hold behavioral interviews, schedule CS Hiring Manager interviews and send offer letters.
  • Partner with CS hiring managers to guide them in staffing their teams, supporting current and future team visions.
  • Dive deep into our recruitment process and continuously look for improvements.
  • Bring new ideas to stand out from the crowd.
  • Contribute to team and department-level OKR initiatives, expanding your impact beyond hiring scope.
  • Support in onboarding and offboarding decisions and calls.
  • Never stop learning and investing into your professional growth.


Your skills and experience
  • You are passionate about recruitment: finding and hiring the best talent.
  • You have at least 1 year of hands-on experience as an in-house recruiter.
  • You have experience with in depth behavioral and competency-based interviewing.
  • You have strong market insights that help you find and select the best talent.
  • You are an owner who takes action, has a strong can-do attitude and inspires others to achieve greatness together.
  • You work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • You are comfortable navigating uncertain or unclear scenarios, finding your way through them with your team.
  • You are fluent in English to work on a global team.
  • You are available 40h/week.

Compensation
  • Gross salary from 1900 to 2500 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
