Job Summary
A company is looking for a Home Health Coding & OASIS Reviewer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Review chart documentation for accuracy and ensure completion of coding, OASIS, and plans of care
- Meet daily productivity standards by reviewing 8-11 charts per day
- Maintain quality standards and stay updated on coding and OASIS guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Experience with OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding in Medicare Home Health
- Dual-certification in home care coding and OASIS
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
- Experience in QA and compliance
- Familiarity with multiple EMRs or willingness to learn
