Higher Education Workday Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Higher Education Workday Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with campus leaders and vendors to assess and recommend process improvements
• Support compliance with grant requirements and institutional policies
• Guide institutions on optimizing their Workday Finance, HCM, and/or Student systems

Required Qualifications

• Substantial expertise in Workday Finance, HCM, and/or Student modules
• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience in higher education, ERP implementation, and/or consulting preferred
• Experience working with senior leaders as a partner and trusted advisor preferred
• Familiarity with project management methodologies/software preferred
