We're growing and building a human-centered product in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We're seeking a hands-on Product Manager who thrives in an early growth stage company, wears multiple hats, and is excited to make a real impact in a space that matters.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery, requirements, and design to development, release and iteration, in a modern agile methodology.
- Translate user, business, and engineering inputs into clear product requirements, user stories, specs and work with business cases for large initiatives.
- Partner with design, engineering (onshore and offshore), customer success, and marketing to deliver high-impact features.
- Roadmap planning and prioritizing using frameworks, best practices or other structured but meaningful approaches.
- Define and track KPIs for product success (engagement, retention, activation, etc.), and iterate based on insights.
- Measure the ROI of product features using product adoption, financial and customer impact metrics; communicate trade-offs and wins to stakeholders.
- Operate with an ownership mindset—flex across strategy and execution, dive into QA, go-to-market, or user feedback calls as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 4 –7+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2C, B2B2C, SaaS setting with web interface, APIs and mobile applications.
- Strong experience writing clear product requirements and driving features from concept to launch.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (especially engineering) in Agile environments.
- Experience prioritizing work using frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, and similar.
- Ability to define and measure ROI of product initiatives. Find a balance between care experience and financial success to keep business healthy for keeping the mission alive.
- Data-informed decision making; comfortable analyzing KPIs and using data to iterate.
- Comfortable collaborating with US and India teams and navigating time zone differences.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguity, wear multiple hats, and stay calm amidst startup energy.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in healthtech, elder care, or regulated domains (HIPAA familiarity is a plus).
- Familiarity with financial and SaaS product metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC, churn).
- Exposure to both consumer and caregiver-facing tech products.
- UX or design operations background, or experience guiding design efforts.
- Track record of adoption of AI and modern innovations to meet customer and business needs.
