Help Desk Support Staff

Job Summary

A company is looking for Help Desk Staff to provide technical support and assistance to end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze problems and provide technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and determine the best solution based on customer details
  • Maintain documentation and follow up with customers as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five (5)+ years of experience in supporting Information Technology
  • Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c)
  • Strong technical understanding of Information Technology systems and services
  • Experience in incident management activities for categorizing and entering tickets into tracking systems
