Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Specialist (Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and clarify business rules from internal teams
• Design, develop, and implement rule logic for the Business Rules Management System (BRMS)
• Maintain documentation and produce impact reports for each rule

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry or similar role
• Basic coding skills in SQL, Java, or other programming languages
• Familiarity with tools such as Access, HUE, Datameer, Power BI, or SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Experience with complex business rules and analyzing large datasets
