Healthcare Switchboard Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCS Associate for day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a virtual telephone switchboard to manage incoming calls efficiently
• Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals using a digital directory
• Provide general information to callers and manage emergency codes and alarms

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service or healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with digital communication systems is a plus
