Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, HCS Operations Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational teams involved in care review, case management, and member assessment
• Manage team performance, provide coaching, and ensure staff training and development
• Promote collaboration across departments to enhance care continuity and service quality

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of operations or administrative experience in healthcare, including 1+ years in a supervisory role
• Preferred education includes an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred experience includes 3+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or health plans
• Managed Care operations experience is preferred
