Required Qualifications

  • High computer literacy and proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
  • Experience in call center or outreach roles involving members/consumers is preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are heavily preferred
