Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product Marketing to build and lead the product marketing function from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the product marketing organization, starting hands-on and expanding to a team of 6
• Lead product marketing initiatives including positioning, messaging, pricing, and enablement
• Shape go-to-market strategies for new features and product lines, and gather customer insights for actionable messaging

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Proven success in launching products and scaling marketing functions
• Experience in supporting sales and demand generation with effective content
• Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear narratives
• Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy and user segmentation
