A company is looking for a Head of Cyber Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a claims team, implementing best practices for investigation and evaluation of claims
• Formulate claims and litigation strategies while managing outside counsel and third-party vendors
• Analyze claims-related data and communicate trends to senior management and underwriting teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims management experience in primary and excess cyber claims or JD with insurance coverage litigation experience
• Experience handling both first- and third-party cyber claims across various loss scenarios
• In-depth knowledge of claims, litigation, arbitration, and trial processes
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Analytical thinker with the ability to balance immediate claim issues and broader portfolio impacts
