Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Consulting Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts, closing deals and developing new client opportunities
• Manage client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle and ensure high-quality project delivery
• Build and oversee a team, establishing processes and systems to support client engagement and project management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably with a large firm or quantitative boutique
• Proven track record in business development and client management
• Experience working with corporate and government/NGO clients
• Strong project delivery capabilities
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing junior staff
