We are looking for a Staff Product Manager with a strong technical foundation and the ability to own and solve complex product and commercial challenges end-to-end. We have incredible product-market fit & demand across diverse customer profiles. As an early and critical member of our product team, you’ll work closely with founders, executives, and engineering leaders to define and deliver on transformative opportunities for Harvey’s growth and impact.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and launch, for high-priority initiatives.
Solve cutting-edge AI product and engineering challenges, including user experiences for multi-step, high-complexity agents and real-time retrieval over terabyte-scale datasets.
Collaborate with strategic customers to deeply understand their needs, gather feedback, and define solutions that exceed expectations.
Drive innovation in business models, pricing strategies, and commercial standards to scale Harvey’s market presence.
Partner with founders, executives, and legal research teams to align product direction with business priorities and technical feasibility.
Build a deep understanding of how to make LLMs effective for complex, knowledge-intensive work, becoming a domain expert along the way.
Play a key role in scaling the product and engineering organization, influencing team culture, processes, and long-term goals.

5-10 years of experience in product management or software engineering, with a proven track record of leading strategic, high-stakes initiatives.
Degree or relevant experience in CS or Engineering
Experience with or knowledge of AI and LLMs
Experience in a B2B / commercial environment
Demonstrated ability to ship world-class enterprise software products
Big picture thinking while still delivering on the details
Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative reasoning to communicate your ideas reasoning
Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity to deliver on outcomes
Desire to do whatever it takes to make the team successful — whether that’s doing support, testing new algorithm changes, or cleaning up tickets
