Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Projects Coordinator to join our Sales team based in South Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time, 8-month fixed-term contract position, working Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the State Residential Manager (Victoria), you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing support to our Residential Sales team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and preparing project quotes for residential builders and projects, managing customer orders, uploading project data into our system, and handling out-of-stock issues, stock allocations, project schedules, and forecasts. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing display home requests and creating backorder reports for merchant customers.

About you

  • Previous experience in a busy inbound and outbound customer service role
  • Strong computer skills, (Microsoft Office) and bonus points if you have used Microsoft Dynamics365 or a CRM such as SAP/Salesforce before.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Are a team player who prides themselves on delivering great customer experiences.
