GTM Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, GTM Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the strategy and roadmap for the GTM tech stack and tooling, collaborating with Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, and IT leadership
  • Support GTM data integrity by maintaining clean and trustworthy records in Salesforce.com and integrating data between GTM software and tools
  • Establish and run the Sales Ops service desk function, overseeing operations and developing a repeatable playbook for data and reporting processes


Required Qualifications
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum four years in Sales/GTM Operations or related roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com, CPQ, and related sales enablement tools
  • Experience collaborating across functions to drive transformation initiatives
  • Experience designing and implementing new operational processes and optimizing existing ones
