Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer who can translate strategy into scalable, automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enhanced automated workflows for lead research, scoring, routing, and personalization across the revenue funnel
• Integrate CRM, marketing tools, and product data to create seamless data flows and reduce manual work
• Launch experimental AI-driven workflows quickly and optimize based on results

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a GTM engineer, RevOps, or Solutions Engineer role
• Proven experience implementing AI tools and workflows in GTM operations
• Deep experience with workflow tools like Zapier or n8n, and GTM-focused tools like Clay, Cargo, UnifyGTM
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting
• A customer-journey focus across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
