• Proven success in a scaling B2B SaaS company during rapid growth or go-to-market transformation
• Deep experience in Sales, Marketing, and RevOps with an understanding of their intersections
• Hands-on expertise with tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Clay, and Apollo
• Ability to build systems and workflows from the ground up in ambiguous environments
• Strategic mindset with a focus on identifying high-leverage opportunities and scalable solutions
