Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager, Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Activation and Adoption roadmap, identifying and prioritizing opportunities for improvement
• Conduct continuous customer discovery and translate insights into product hypotheses
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and core teams to drive product adoption and optimize key growth KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on Growth initiatives
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in product adoption
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical significance
• Understanding of product-led growth (PLG) and product-led sales (PLS) strategies
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
