• 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in revenue or analytics roles focused on forecasting and performance metrics
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker)
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, including configuration and optimization
• Project management skills, including implementing new systems and processes
• Ability to create processes from ambiguous requirements and establish best practices
