Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead experimental marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a growing channel testing budget and optimize performance through quantitative analysis
• Develop and own the digital and offline channel experimentation roadmap, building scalable testing frameworks
• Analyze data to identify high-impact experiments and communicate results and insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year undergraduate degree in a quantitative field strongly preferred
• 4+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing with success in channel experimentation
• Experience managing $1M+ performance marketing budgets
• Proven ability to use quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making and storytelling
• Experience leveraging AI for testing, optimization, and automation in customer acquisition
