Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact visuals for paid ads, landing pages, and other growth initiatives
• Analyze creative performance, iterate on designs, and conduct A/B testing to improve results
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to execute fast-moving campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in growth or performance marketing
• MUST HAVE experience creating ads for Meta and Google for CPG brands
• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop; Canva is a plus
• Understanding of direct response marketing principles
• Ability to analyze creative performance data and optimize designs
