A well-established primary care practice in the Bronx is seeking a confident, independent Nurse Practitioner (Adult or Family) to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to a diverse population. Position Details:

• Location: Bronx, NY
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Schedule: Flexible hours available
• Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 annually (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and record medical histories
• Develop and manage personalized care plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Prescribe medications and evaluate treatment outcomes
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded care
• Ensure compliance with clinical safety standards and documentation protocols

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
• Active New York State NP license
• Board Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 2 years of primary care or family medicine experience
• Ability to independently manage patient encounters
• Strong diagnostic and chronic care management skills
• Empathetic, culturally competent, and clinically confident
