Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Manager to oversee the management of grants and contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Review grants and contracts for accuracy and compliance throughout the award lifecycle
• Collaborate with the Grants and Contracts team and Programs staff to resolve compliance issues and ensure timely reviews
• Monitor grant reports and modifications, ensuring timely processing and compliance with grantmaking policies

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in grants management at an international grantmaking organization
• Experience reviewing grant materials with a compliance focus and knowledge of US lobbying rules related to grantmaking
• Ability to analyze organizational budgets and financials
• Experience working with databases or relational management systems
• Commitment to social justice and the mission of the organization
