Senior Project Manager for Brand Launch Team

You will play a pivotal role in facilitating delivery excellence and seamless collaboration between clients and various internal teams, including New Brand Launch Delivery, Product Implementation, Product Development, Sales, and Platform Integration.

You will work alongside our Clients, Account Managers, Technical Brand Launch Teams, and Global Delivery Leadership to define team backlogs and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Building strong partnerships with Business Unit Delivery Managers, Product Managers, Dev/QA leads, and Project and Delivery Managers, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of all the stages of the Client Lifecycle: integration of new clients into our platform, client onboarding, and handover to maintenance. Proactively addressing day-to-day challenges, managing your projects, and effectively communicating project information to stakeholders and your team will be central to your role. Additionally, you will contribute to B2B process implementation change management initiatives in the Global Delivery Unit.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Leading a growing team of technical experts, working on strategically crucial client onboarding projects, contributing to the expansion of the team’s responsibilities and functions;
  • Managing integration projects, organizing and leading cross-functional teams, orchestrating collaboration between multiple business units, coordinating activities to onboard new clients successfully, ensuring a smooth transition to maintenance or business-as-usual phase;
  • Working closely with clients, Sales, and Account Managers, ensuring the efficient operation of delivery processes, addressing client needs, facilitating long-term partnerships;
  • Identifying and addressing daily challenges, making timely and informed decisions;
  • Contributing to the implementation of scalable delivery processes in coordination with the Head of Global Delivery;
  • Optimizing delivery processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, driving operational efficiency;
  • Collaborating with Account Managers, Head of Global Delivery, and executive leadership, offering strategic insights and recommendations for business growth, platform service innovation, and expansion.

Essential professional experience:

  • At least 5 years of strong IT project management experience: leading development projects and teams, understanding IT processes such as Change Management and Release Management;
  • Client Relationships and stakeholder management experience: managing client relationships and stakeholders effectively;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 10+ people: successfully delivering multiple projects;
  • Advanced proficiency in project support and monitoring tools: using JIRA and Confluence;
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies: applying Agile practices to project management;
  • A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • A passion for building efficient, reliable, and motivated teams: fostering strong collaboration;
  • Strong people management, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills: ensuring smooth project execution;
  • Fluency in English.

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Knowledge and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework: applying best practices for scaling Agile;
  • Experience in Team/Business Unit Management: overseeing and guiding business operations;
  • Experience in Client Relationships Management in B2B environments: handling partnerships effectively;
  • Experience in Project, Delivery, and Service Delivery Management: managing complex workflows;
  • Visionary mindset: working on strategically important initiatives;
  • Familiarity with the dynamic, ever-evolving gaming industry: staying up to date with trends;
  • Fluent Russian or Ukrainian: ensuring effective communication;
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field: possessing a strong educational foundation.
