About the role
Our business is growing and as a result are looking to expand our Professional Services team in the US to support our growing list of customers. We are looking for a Project Manager who is experienced in driving complex software implementation projects.
We will need the successful candidate to be independent and driven, customer facing and keen to learn our product and Implementation methods.
What you’ll do
You’ll be part of a dynamic and fast-moving team, working with colleagues in the UK and US. You’ll directly steer our larger, more complex customer implementation projects to a successful conclusion, driving our software implementation consultants and working with a small team of engineers to help you achieve that. Your job is to make sure everyone is collaborating effectively and heading in the right direction delivering a unified customer experience.
As well as direct hands-on project management, you will be expected to play an active role within the Professional Services department. You will consider the needs of many end users and ensure product usage and engagement remains high.

Working Details
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week). We are looking for someone to join the team remotely in/around Austin, Denver or the New Jersey Tri State Area, to help facilitate remote collaboration with the UK team, and occasional in-person collaboration with the US team.
There will be travel to customer sites (US/international) and this could be up to four visits per project.
