Full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will conduct thorough mental health assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions for clients across all age groups. Your expertise will play a vital role in addressing the mental health needs of our community and promoting positive outcomes.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers counseling and crisis intervention for patients, assessing and treating various emotional and behavioral problems.
  • Consults and coordinates with families or support systems regarding client treatment and discharge plans.
  • Communicates with physicians to relay information about patient progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or real issues.
  • Ensures accurate and timely documentation, including clinical and progress notes, in line with department policy.
  • Collaborates with healthcare team members to formulate treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments and accepted social work strategies.

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active California state licensure as LCSW.
  • You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
  • You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
  • You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
