Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Manager (U.S. EST Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Act as the primary contact for international payroll inquiries and manage vendor relationships
• Collaborate with the Finance team for payroll reporting and reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll management and administration
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation across multiple states
• Experience managing vendor relationships related to payroll and benefits
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software, preferably ADP
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate payroll processes
