Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Senior Retirement Consultants to achieve customer deepening goals
• Develop and implement strategies to meet business goals and enhance employee adoption of new initiatives
• Manage service level metrics, ensuring high call quality and customer experience standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations required
• 3-5 years of relatable sales experience in the financial services industry
• Proven success in sales management
• 3-5 years of relatable leadership experience preferred
