Job Description: Virtual Assistant – Social Media DM Outreach & Reddit Engagement (Full-Time)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant to handle direct message (DM) outreach on social media platforms and actively engage in Reddit communities. The primary goal is to generate a minimum of one warm lead per day by building genuine connections with potential clients or partners. Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily DM outreach across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) to generate leads.
• Craft personalized, engaging, and persuasive messages tailored to each recipient.
• Identify and join relevant Reddit communities (subreddits) to engage in discussions, answer questions, and promote the brand in an organic, non-spammy manner.
• Track outreach metrics, including response rates, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects, leads, and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on performance.
• Provide daily reports on outreach efforts and leads generated.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media DM outreach and lead generation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
• Familiarity with Reddit, including understanding community guidelines and how to effectively participate in discussions.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, full-time role.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and outreach tracking systems is a plus.
