Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality reviews of cases received by call handlers, ensuring consistency, accuracy, categorization, and
- completeness of information documented in the LSMI database. Listen to recorded calls, correct any errors in the
- narrative, and provide feedback to the call handler.
Requirements:
- Medical Information Call Center Certificate (Required)
- • Assign follow-up tasks to call handlers to collect any missing information.
- • Handle escalated calls received by call handlers.
- • Monitor calls through the QMS tool, checks the voice mailbox, and assign voicemails missed calls to call handlers.
- • Reconcile data, maintain process trackers, and share updates with clients within specified timelines.
- • Maintain the dashboard and present the Project Status Report to clients within the required timeline.
- • Act as a backup call handler when needed.
- • Complete all project-specific training within the given timelines.
- Profound knowledge in Medical and product dictionaries.
- • Maintains medical understanding of applicable therapeutic area and disease states.
- • Expert in handling of safety databases and literature tools.
- • Expert knowledge on the global regulations governing pharmacovigilance.
