Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Customer Onboarding & Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the vision and strategy for global onboarding and implementation, building and mentoring a high-performing team
  • Design and optimize onboarding processes for efficiency and scalability while ensuring alignment with product roadmaps
  • Develop and manage a certified global implementation partner network and create compensation models tied to success metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or professional services, with 4+ years in leadership
  • Proven success in leading teams that impact customer outcomes and revenue growth
  • Experience with ERP integrations and complex data migration initiatives
  • Strategic, analytical, and highly organized, with PMP or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) and experience with global teams and enterprise clients
