Job Description: Cold Caller (Legal Process Outsourcing)
We are seeking 2 experienced Cold Callers with a background in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building relationships to expand our client base. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the legal industry.
- Identify decision-makers and present the company’s legal outsourcing services.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain a detailed log of calls, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the company’s service offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling, preferably in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) or a related industry.
- Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of legal services and the outsourcing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and build rapport over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
