Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the company's accounting system and ensure compliance with financial policies
• Prepare monthly financial reports and manage the audit process

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA in Accounting; CPA is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in accounting with leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience in software/technology revenue recognition
• Experience working in a global environment for a US-based company
• Proven ability to manage a global team and drive effective processes
