Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for a remote primary care position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual care for a panel of patients aged 18 and older
• Ensure continuity of care for patients with various health conditions
• Collaborate with the care team and follow up on labs and imaging results

Required Qualifications:

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
• Fluency in Spanish (read, write, and speak)
• 3+ years of in-person primary care experience
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care
