Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Specialist, REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical concurrent reviews of medical record documentation
• Query medical staff and caregivers to ensure accurate and complete documentation
• Support the assessment of patient illness severity and risk of mortality

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license, CCS, or RHIT certification
• Inpatient coding experience
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
• Experience in a healthcare provider setting
• Entry-level position
