New York State Director

Job Description:

We are hiring a New York State Director to lead operations, drive growth, and manage contracts for a leading therapy company expanding across the state. This role requires hands-on leadership, sharp operational insight, and a proven ability to build and scale successful service programs.

Key Responsibilities:

        •       Oversee all therapy services and staff across New York State

        •       Manage payer and provider contracts to ensure strong reimbursement and regulatory alignment

        •       Lead company growth by hitting client benchmarks and expanding to new regions

        •       Supervise regional teams and ensure high-quality service delivery

        •       Maintain full compliance with New York State healthcare regulations

        •       Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, community agencies, and regulators

        •       Monitor performance data and lead improvements in operational efficiency
