Reserve Materiel Readiness Analyst

WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking a Reserve Materiel Readiness Analyst to support United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM). This position will support USINDOPACOM and its mission partners with the organizational resources necessary to identify, analyze, and eliminate capability gaps so that USINDOPACOM can maintain a competitive edge and meet the U.S. National Defense Strategy (NDS) and National Military Strategy (NMS) objectives.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitors inventory levels and stock status of critical supplies throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Coordinates with Service Components and Joint logisticians to prevent supply shortfalls and optimize stockage based on mission requirements.
  • Leads logistics planning efforts by forecasting materiel demand and identifying requirements for prepositioned stocks in alignment with deployment timelines. Directly contributes to the development and refinement of Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD) and distribution prioritization process.
  • Maintains in-transit visibility (ITV) of all force and sustainment cargo by leveraging systems such as GTN, ICODES, and other ITV tools. Ensures shipment tracking data is accurate and up to date to facilitate decision-making and operational synchronization.
  • Integrates logistics planning with Service Components, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and coalition partners. Facilitates joint interoperability and ensures a unified supply chain posture across multi-national operations in theater.
  • Supports the full spectrum of deployment and redeployment activities for both unit-related and non-unit-related materiel. Oversees the proper documentation, configuration, and loading of materiel to meet theater entry requirements.
  • Plans and executes sustainment and resupply operations via multimodal transportation, including airlift, sealift, and ground distribution. Prioritizes agility and continuity of logistics support in contested or degraded environments.
  • Ensures accuracy of logistics data by maintaining and auditing entries in enterprise resource systems such as GCSS-Army and LMP. Verifies item identification, quantity, and status to ensure supply chain transparency.
  • Develops and enforces standard operating procedures and logistics policies tailored to Indo-Pacific theater requirements. Continuously assesses and refines processes to improve supply efficiency and accountability.
  • In coordination with PDDOC/CUOPS/FUOPS, responds swiftly to supply chain disruptions caused by contingency operations, geopolitical instability, or natural disasters. Implements mitigation strategies to restore logistics support and ensure uninterrupted sustainment flow.
  • Oversees strategic planning for Prepositioned War Reserve Materiel (PWRM) programs to ensure rapid support of combat operations throughout the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility. Aligns prepositioning strategy with theater-wide operational priorities.
  • Acts as the theater expert on Class of Supply and prepositioned materiel programs, advising senior leaders on inventory positioning, supply chain risk, and readiness postures. Supports decisions with analysis and real-time supply metrics.
  • Manages ITV for all force and sustainment movements across the Defense Transportation System (DTS), ensuring visibility and accountability of PWRM and sustainment cargo in transit to forward operating areas.
  • Enables cross-functional collaboration among DOD components, commercial vendors, and coalition logistics planners to synchronize deployment and distribution operations. Promotes unified effort and reduces operational friction.
  • Conducts assessments of prepositioned stock readiness and site feasibility, ensuring capabilities support operational plans and meet security and sustainment standards. Identifies and mitigates risk to PWRM access and distribution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This position is contingent on contract modification and funding.

Expected salary range: $95,000 - $110,000

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle in environments including city, highway, and rural roads CONUS and OCONUS.

Travel:

  • 11-20% / Occasional travel.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 4 years of relevant experience //OR// 8 years of relevant experience with no degree.
  • Current, active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
  • 4-10 years of experience in logistics and materiel readiness.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Valid driver’s license (proof of which will be required after hire) and ability to qualify for and maintain company liability insurance through a clean driving record.
  • Must possess a valid unexpired U.S. Passport.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree.
  • Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Direct experience supporting the INDOPACOM area of operations.
  • Experience on a O-7+ level staff, Combatant or Functional Command headquarters, Joint Force Headquarters, Service Component, or Major Command Headquarters.
