• Define and implement advertising monetization strategies across owned web properties
• Drive the growth and monetization strategy for the company's YouTube channel

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a senior P&L leadership role in digital media
• Deep expertise in SEO and content strategy with a proven track record
• Demonstrable experience in affiliate marketing and managing key partner relationships
• Strong understanding of digital advertising monetization strategies and ad tech ecosystems
• Experience with YouTube channel growth and monetization is highly desirable
