We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Office or Remote Tele chat Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our tele chat platform to our members. This position can be based out of our office or remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through our tele chat platform, assisting members with any financial inquiries or transactions
- Educate and guide members on our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve any member issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of all member interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient member experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and updates to ensure the best possible service for our members
- Adhere to all security and compliance regulations to protect our members' information
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and stay informed on new products and services
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible with schedule and able to work weekends or extended hours if needed
