About the role

• Structure complex problems, analyze large amounts of data, and deliver insights and recommendations to the Gatik leadership team.
• Conduct research and analysis of industry, company, customer, and channel data to support market assessment and identification of key trends / opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and external senior executives.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies.
• Collaborate across Gatik teams to support business development initiatives and drive cross-functional projects.
• Support the Commercial team in the planning and execution of key initiatives, including customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and operational improvements.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support Gatik’s commercial growth.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (consulting, investment banking, strategic planning, business intelligence).
• Proven track record of structuring and solving complex business problems.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Experience managing customer relationships and working with external partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or technology sectors is preferred.

Salary Range - $120,000- $180,000
