About the Role
Fundraise Up is looking for a Sr. Enterprise BDR in the UK who has a passion - nay - obsession for exceptional top of funnel execution. Top of the Funnel is your favourite part of the funnel and your reputation is built on Outbound that makes prospective customers say "Wow, I didn't even know I had that problem..." You're equal parts personalization and consistent activity inputs and Salesloft is your second home.

Are you ready to take the next step in your career as a Senior Enterprise BDR at Fundraise Up? Based in the UK and working remotely, you'll be joining an innovative company dedicated to revolutionizing fundraising for non-profits all over the globe. With an OTE of $85,000 - $90,000, including a competitive base salary of $60,000, you'll be responsible for driving new business initiatives and engaging with prospective customers in a way that makes them think, 'Wow, I didn't even know I had that problem!' At Fundraise Up, we pride ourselves on our ability to enhance loading speeds, boost conversion rates, and offer diverse payment options so that donating is easier and faster than ever. We work with leading organizations like UNICEF and the Alzheimer's Association. As a Senior Enterprise BDR, you'll need to have a knack for personalization and a deep understanding of outbound techniques. You’ll leverage our tech stack including Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize our sales processes further. We're looking for someone who has a proven track record of success with 12-18 months of achieving quotas, is comfortable multi-threading within organizations, and can nurture relationships effectively. Your experience in the SaaS B2B domain will be invaluable, and while experience with non-profit technology is a bonus, it’s certainly not a deal-breaker.
