A company is looking for a French - e-Live Verification Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Claim sessions for customers using the Truck Share 24/7 program
• Review customer sessions for accuracy and address any inquiries
• Make outbound calls for verification and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual in English and French
• 1 year of phone customer service experience
• Experience with high-volume inbound calls preferred
• Technical proficiency and ability to multitask
• Completion of one week of instructor-led training
